Nature of service: VolleyCheckIN is a private, invitation-based, non-commercial tool for coordinating amateur volleyball sessions.

Membership: Access can be limited to invited players. Organisers/admins may block accounts for repeated no-shows, abuse, or rule violations.

Bookings: Registrations, waitlist and confirmations are managed by availability and timing rules shown in the app.

Attendance / strike system: Missing a session without notice or arriving 25+ minutes late may add a strike to the player's profile. Repeated strikes within a season can restrict signups or pause the account until the next season. No money is collected by the app.

Staff exception: Organisers and admins are exempt from the automatic strike rules.

Appeals: If a strike is incorrect, message an organiser — staff can waive strikes or adjust the count on a player's profile.

Liability: Participation in games is voluntary and at own risk. Organisers are not liable except where mandatory law applies.

Changes: Rules/terms may be updated for operational reasons. Continued use means acceptance of current version.
